Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation, service deposit will not be refunded nor transfered to a new date. A $15 late fee will be assessed for appointments that begin later than 15 minutes from the original scheduled appointment time. 30 minutes after original scheduled appointment time, if client is still absent, the artist holds the right to cancel the appointment without a refund of the deposit. For early morning appointments, earlier than 9am and evening appointments later than 7pm, an additional charge of $20 will be added to selected service(s). Same day bookings will be assessed an additional $30 fee. If traveling to client venue/hotel, any applicable parking fees assessed (valet, self park, etc) will be the responsibility of said client.
